Sprout Natural Choice in Catonsville

Today, I purchased two crab cake wraps from sprout restaurant, I ask for two wraps with spinach and onions and the dressing only, when I got home hungry and ready to eat, I have lettuce and tomatoes on it, So I called back to explain the young man That took my order tells me that every one gets lettuce and tomatoes if I could have reach through the phone ! instead of shutting up and listening, he claims it was a misunderstanding! Someone explain please! He says everyone gets lettuce and tomatoes! WHY WHY WHY!

Amazing vegan cuisine. I had the opportunity to build my own crab cake wrap and was absolutely pleased with the flavours. I even got two more crab cakes to go 😄. Will definitely be back!!

First visit & I will go back! The staff were patient, helpful & friendly. The service was quick with room to eat in or take out. The choices were all vegan, but I had the "salmon" and it tasted like it. Someone else said the TVP really tasted like chicken. My wrap was really good! I did notice a few areas that weren't very clean (hint: around the hand washing sink) but not in the food area. I will definitely eat there again!

Staff is very nice and friendly. Food is decent. Happy to have a vegan place in the area. The bean burger is pretty good. Rest of the food is a bit bland. Quick service and convenient for a grab and go lunch.

I’m talking about some of the best vegan food! The Snickerdoodle cake is delicious. The wraps are good as well!

If you enjoy good healthy eating you will only love sprout natural choice.

This place was clean, professional and hospitable. The food is delicious and I would strongly recommend the Vegan Crab Cake or the Baltimore Cheese Steak Sandwich; I tried them both...yum. I will certainly be returning and spreading the word about the great food and customer service!!!

Employees serving food are not required to wear a mask during the pandemic. This is a problem. I paid for the food but trashed it.

I found this place by accident and I am so glad I did. First- the customer service got me! Tammy was amazing. She was patient, friendly, and such a great help. She recommended the Black Bean Burger as well as the Energizer. Second- the food was better than I imagined, and I even grabbed some peanut butter cookies while I was there. Third- the juice (energizer) did it for me. I’m a huge juice fan and this was one of my all-time favorites. Will be going back.

I was actually impressed with the crab cake wrap! The rice pudding is amazing! The only problem I had was the crab mac n cheese. I think if you are going to call it "crab mac n cheese" there should be some crab in it. What I was served is flavored noodles. I was disappointed about that because if you would add some of the crab cake like in the wrap, it would be good. Although I'll never order your crab mac n cheese again, I will be back.

We usually love all-vegan shops like Loving Hut. Naturally we were excited to see this place on the map. As we were driving from PA to DC we decided to stop by here for dinner at night about 40 minutes before its closing time. Loved the space and its simple yet lively atmosphere. We ordered crab cake sandwich and crispy fish sub. The sauce for the fish was unexpectedly sweet and hot. More on the Asian side. Crab cake beween buns was tasty. Both vegan meat were good texture-wise. Platter includes corn chips and salsa. They have brewed ginger sodas, and rootbers in the fridge. If you want something healthier and more exotic head to the other bar and order some smoothies made fresh while waiting for your food. Overall it's a great place even though the food did not impress us as much as it did in Loving Hut. I would try their Philly cheese steak and burgers next time around. I saw some vegan desserts too.

Lots of room, great real food. I just had a salad. But I love salad, and its hard to find a really good salad, usually unless you make it yourself. And going out the choices are slim and a side salad doesn't cut it all the time. Very satisfied.
